One of the challenges in running a design  and decor company in a remote area is having access to great product. We travel throughout North America to stay on top of trends in the industry, and seek out amazing furniture and decor for our showroom. We have to pretty self sufficient, and carry all our own lines including reclaimed wood furnishings, custom sofas, lighting, hardware, bedding, rugs, art, and accent decor...basically everything we'll need to complete the task of making our clients homes reflect their own tastes, and lifestyles. Active lifestyles require furnishings and decor that with strength and style that will endure. 

 

 

We offer a variety designs services to fit all types of projects.

 


Our Interior Design and project management services are available at a rate of $110/hour for consultation and services rendered. Whether you simply need help picking out some paint colors, or are undertaking a new build, renovation, full remodeling, or re-furnishing, we tailor our services to suit your needs.

 

 

Our services include: consultations in our showroom, or on site at your home or business, inspiration boards, CAD drawings, full color renderings, and 3D drawings if required. Whatever you need to help envision your project, we are here to help.

 

We offer room packages as follows:

 

 Inspirational Package:

  • $295 per room. Turnaround time approximately 1 - 2 weeks. Includes advice on paint colors, flooring, furnishings, and decor. Ideas are presented on a digital inspiration board.

Envision Package:

  • $495 per room. Turn around time 1-3 weeks.  Includes advice on paint colors, flooring, furnishings, and decor. Ideas are presented on a digital inspiration board, full room layouts are presented on 2D CAD drawings, and a full specification sheet for all products is presented on an excel spreadsheet.

Architect Package:

  • From $895 per room. Turn around time 2-6 weeks. Includes advice on paint colors, flooring, furnishings, and decor, and more involved renovations.  Ideas are presented on a digital inspiration board, full room layouts and elevations are presented on 2D CAD drawings, with 3D color renderings,  and a full specification sheet for all products is presented on an excel spreadsheet.

We can also hire and supervise the required trades to make your project happen. We make sure the plans are followed!

Our woodworking division specializes in crafting high quality dining tables, boardroom tables, community tables, table tops, bar tops, and counter tops, reclaimed wood feature wall cladding, reclaimed wood flooring, ceiling panels, cladding for casework, bar stools, chairs, and custom casework, all specific to our hospitality and corporate customers.

We work for major architectural firms, corporate and independent designers, franchises, entrepreneurs, and owner-operators of independent cafes, eateries, and boutique hotels. We take pride in our efficient service, unique products, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.
