Staging of a spec house to achieve the dual objectives of reducing listing time and increasing value.

◄Urban Settler Planning and Approach 

We furnished the main areas of the home, including entry, living areas, kitchen, dining, and master bedroom, as well as “bonus rooms”.   Our goal was to create a finished look where a potential buyer could envision themselves spending time.

◄Completion and Feedback

The home sold, and the new homeowner purchased the property with all of the furniture and décor items provided for the staging.
