◄Client Brief

This was a full-scale renovation and remodeling, including floor plan modifications, kitchen, plus bathroom renovations.

◄Urban Settler Planning and Approach 

This was a full “to the studs” renovation. We moved interior walls to create a larger master bedroom and bathroom, as well as improve flow with a walk through kitchen and large eating island. The goal was to create  a “home  away from home”  to spend time apres ski relaxing and entertaining with family and friends.
