The inspiration for the creation of our casually elegant dining tables came from the harvest tables used in the family gatherings of centuries past.  What is a “Harvest Table”? “In North America, the Harvest Table, as it is recognized today, began with the feasts of early settlers, which took place as celebrations between family and friends during fall harvest.”

The basic proportions of these tables were rectangular, and they were sized to accommodate large gatherings, either as one large table or with the addition of extension leaves. The designs were typically 4 legged or trestle style. Over time the term Harvest Table has come simply to mean a table to gather at for a meal, a game, or a perhaps a story.

Our “modern-day” Harvest Tables are dining tables which incorporate a wide range of design styles, contemporary or classic, rustic or refined, but the intention is the same; to provide a solid place where family and friends gather, all in good company.
